Shipping Policy

We ship across India from Hassan, Karnataka through trusted courier partners, with tracking on every order.

Dispatch

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of being confirmed. Custom or made-to-order items take longer; the product page says so where it applies.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take a little longer, and festivals or bad weather can cause delays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see your orders under My account.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please record a short video while unboxing and use the details on our Contact us page within 48 hours so we can make it right.
