These terms apply to your use of the SRI DHANALAXMI SILKS online store and to every order you place. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds and Shipping Policy.

Products and colours

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Handwoven and handcrafted pieces carry small irregularities that are part of their character, and colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is collected through our secure payment partner, or as cash on delivery where it is offered.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, once we confirm it). We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot verify the order; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Use of the store

Do not misuse the store, attempt to access it without authorisation, or copy its content and photographs without our permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hassan, Karnataka.
